The Plaza on Brickell EAST & WEST TOWERS

The Plaza on Brickell is a residential condo that consists of two luxurious towers.

The east tower located at 950 Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, FL 33131 has 55 floors with 560 units with one- and/or two-bedroom floorplans plus penthouses. The regular unit size ranges from 674 to 1,398 SQFT while the penthouses range from 1,524 to 2,418 SQFT.

The west tower on the other hand has 43 floors with 440 residential units and is located at 951 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. The west tower is obviously shorter than the east. Like the east tower, the units of the west tower are also compromised of one- and/or two-bedroom floorplans plus the penthouses. The regular units range in size from 683 to 1,400 interior square feet plus balcony while the penthouse residences range in size from 683 to 2,418 interior square feet plus balcony.

Both towers are completed in 2008. It was developed by The Related Group and designed by architecture firm Nichols Wurst Wolfe & Associates while the interiors were designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates.
